North Valley Women’s Care is a brand new women’s health facility in northern Glendale, AZ.

The Need: More Organic Sales 

This client needed more sales from their online store, because most of their sales were from ads at the time.

Our focus was on low-hanging fruit: how can we get more organic traffic the most quickly?

We prioritized this healthcare SEO project like this:

1. Created new content focused on high-volume keywords we didn’t have content for yet, and 

2. We optimized pages ranking for high-volume keywords, but between #5 and 20 on Google. We stuck with keywords with an average search volume greater than 1000 average searches per month.

3. Built high-authority, high-traffic links to the new pages with our 3-step link building method, then linked relevant pages to each other.

4. Fixed local citation listings for the corporate office, which was missing a number of important high authority local citations.

5. Disavowed thousands of toxic links each month – links to their website from other sites that were broken links, hacked websites, spam, and porn sites.

6. Each month, we reviewed the performance of the priority pages we were focused on, to decide which pages needed new links built and which types of links.

 

The Results: 30% increase in organic traffic and sales purely from SEO... in 3 months.

What We Did:

Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists is a quickly-growing behavioral health practice with 7 physical locations and online telemedicine services. They wanted personal service from a marketing team specializing in behavioral health.

In particular, they wanted to redesign their website without losing the growing organic traffic they already had. The original website had some limitations, being on GoDaddy Website Builder.
 

Based on their request, we decided the best strategy was to optimize for the local and organic search engines while redesigning their website in WordPress.

Our Process:

  1. Prioritize local SEO by optimizing their Google profiles for all 7 locations.
  2. Build local listings monthly for all locations.
  3. Simplify website structure to 3 layers with the new website, reorganizing the menu at the same time.
  4. Optimize the on page SEO transitioning to the new website: Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions, Alt Text, Schema, and more.
  5. Brought new publicity opportunities to Dr. Alva, the Founder, Chief Medical Officer, and CEO. We earned  features from WebMD, AOL, LifeHacker, PsychCentral, and more.
